State Senator Bill Beagle (R-Tipp City), along with fellow Sen. Peggy Lehner (R-Kettering) and Rep. Rick Perales (R-Beavercreek) will hold a press conference on Tuesday, August 26 to announce the introduction of bicameral legislation aimed at keeping renters, especially off-campus student renters, safe. 

The legislators will be joined by local Cincinnati and University of Cincinnati officials, as well as by parents who tragically lost their children in campus-related housing fires in Ohio.
