Today, the Ohio Senate, led by Senator Edna Brown (D-Toledo) honored Private Stephen A. Machcinski, 42, and James Dickman, 31 who died in the line of duty while battling a fire on January 26th in Toledo, Ohio.

Columbus—Today,Senator Edna Brown (D-Toledo) introduced SB 154 to abolish the use of capital punishment in Ohio. Senator Brown introduced similar legislation during the 129th and 130th Ohio General Assemblies.
