Long Title: To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.818 of the Revised Code to enact the "Hunger-Free Students' Bill of Rights Act" to require schools to provide certain services to students who are eligible for free or reduced price meals.
