COLUMBUS—State Senator
Jerry C. Cirino (R-Kirtland) today issued the following statement regarding his vote to override the Governor's veto of Senate Bill 22:
“My district has felt the impact of the Governor's health orders on Ohioans and businesses over the past year. Executive orders that go unchecked are dangerous, and to properly serve the people of Ohio, the Legislature in both chambers is in agreement that we need to have a mechanism to provide oversight. Senate Bill 22 will still keep Ohioans safe while also considering the impact on individual liberty and economic development.”
