COLUMBUS -

"This important legislation invests in economic development and cultural projects of local and regional importance, contributing to quality of life and economic growth in our community," said LaRose. "A substantial portion of capital spending goes to needed maintenance and improvements of public facilities throughout the state, but does so in a responsible and fiscally conservative manner.
