State Senator Gayle Manning is serving her second term in the Ohio Senate representing the 13th District, which encompasses Huron and Lorain Counties. Prior to running for the Senate in 2010, Manning spent 37 years as an elementary school teacher. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Senate Standing Committee on Transportation, Commerce and Labor.
