COLUMBUS -Senator Tom Patton (R-Strongsville) announced the passage of a bill suspending Ohio's 38.5 cent per gallon gas tax and 47 cent per gallon diesel tax for 90 days.

The Ohio Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 290 this week, sponsored by Senator Patton and Senator Reynolds, requiring public and private schools in Ohio to install an exterior master key lock box to ensure law enforcement have access to the building in case of an emergency.
