YOUNGSTOWN-Michael Rulli (R-Salem) today issued the following statement regarding the announcement made by General Motors Company (GM), in partnership with LG Chem, to establish a plant that will mass-produce battery cells for future battery-electric vehicles. The site will create 1,100 new jobs at the Lordstown plant in the Mahoning Valley:
