Landis Honors Dover Softball Champions

COLUMBUS—State Senator Al Landis (R-Dover) honored the Dover High School softball team in the Ohio Senate for winning the 2025 OHSAA Division III State Championship.

“It is my honor to recognize this incredible group of student-athletes in front of the Ohio Senate,” said Senator Landis. “Their hard work and dedication has resulted in an incredible accomplishment. I know that Dover High School and all of Tuscarawas County is extremely proud of this remarkable group of young ladies."

The Dover Tornadoes won the championship with a score of 10-0 over the Holland Springfield Blue Devils on June 7. The team was led throughout their remarkable season by head coach Hannah Duff.
