Landis Honors Indian Valley Senior as the 2025 Ohio Mr. Football

COLUMBUS—State Senator Al Landis (R-Dover) recognized Indian Valley High School senior Grady Kinsey in the Ohio Senate for being named the 2025 Ohio Mr. Football by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association. 

“Grady is an outstanding student-athlete,” said Senator Landis. “His commitment to his education and his sport has brought an incredible accomplishment to Tuscarawas County. I'm proud to celebrate Grady on receiving this prestigious award and I look forward to watching his continued success."

A running back and linebacker, Grady Kinsey ranks first in Ohio High School Athletic Association history with 133 career touchdowns, ranks second in total points (840), third in career rushing yards (8,607), and third in single-season touchdowns (50). His 3,278 rushing yards in 2024 rank ninth. Additionally, Grady ranks third academically in his class out of 123 with a 4.25 GPA and membership in the National Honor Society.

Grady received acceptance into the United States Air Force Academy and committed to continue his athletic career in the upcoming college football season.
