COLUMBUS—State Senators Bob Hackett (R-London) and Hearcel Craig (D-Columbus), joined by the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute, will hold a press conference on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. to announce new legislation to prohibit ‘fail first’ health insurance provisions and provide immediate access to treatment for Stage IV cancer patients in Ohio.
