COLUMBUS - State Senator George Lang (R-West Chester) today announced Governor DeWine’s signing of Senate Bill 13, which will promote business growth and expansion in Ohio.
Sponsored by Senator Lang, the new law will keep Ohio competitive with nearby states by shortening the period of limitations for written contracts and verbal contractual agreements.
“Senate Bill 13 will enhance our ability to attract and retain jobs and investment in our state,” said Lang. “I am grateful to my colleagues in the legislature and the Governor for helping Ohio take another step toward becoming the most business-friendly state in America.”
