Craig Appointed as Top Democrat on Insurance and Government Oversight and Reform Committees

The Ohio Senate today announced that state Senator Hearcel F. Craig (D-Columbus) will serve as Ranking Democratic Member on the following committees for the 134th General Assembly:

• Insurance
• Government Oversight and Reform

“I am extremely honored to continue in my leadership roles on these committees and to take on new challenges that have the potential to create ladders of opportunity for all Ohioans,” said Craig. “Serving in public office is a great privilege and responsibility, and I am honored that the people of the 15th Senate District have tasked me to fight for them.” Senator Craig will also sit on the following committees:

• Energy and Public Utilities
• Finance
• Financial Institutions and Technology
