Roegner Announces Grants Available for Local Service Organizations

COLUMBUS—State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) today announced grant funding is available to youth service organizations who wish to participate in the 2020 Global Youth Service Day, which will be observed from April 17-19, 2020.
Available grants range between $500 and $2,000 and can be used towards supplies, materials and volunteer support for projects that create or improve community assets or infrastructure. Past grants have gone towards youth volunteer engagement at parks, schools, senior centers, community gardens and low-income homes.
Any Ohio non-profit or public organization is eligible to apply. Applications are due Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. For more information or to access the grant application click here
