Roegner Named Chair of Senate Government Oversight & Reform Committee

COLUMBUS—Senate President Matt Huffman (R-Lima) today named State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) as Chair of the Senate's Government Oversight & Reform Committee, as well as Vice Chair of the Senate Ways & Means Committee. "A significant portion of the work on legislation happens in the committees. It is always a pleasure hearing from Ohioans and learning about legislation during the committee process," said Roegner. "I am honored to be named Chair of the Government Oversight & Reform Committee as well as the Vice Chair of Ways and Means, and look forward to rolling up our sleeves and getting to work on important issues facing Ohio"

In addition, Roegner will serve on the Senate's Health Committee and Transportation Committee.
