Senator Roegner Recognized for Supporting Local Infrastructure Projects

COLUMBUS—The City of Hudson recognized State Senator Kristina Roegner (R-Hudson) for her role in the development of the Hines Hill Road Bridge project as well as helping the city to fund a playground for children of all abilities.
"Thank you to Mayor Jeff Anzevino and the City of Hudson for this proclamation!," said Senator Roegner. "It was a huge team effort with City Manager Thomas Sheridan and Council President Chris W. Foster leading the charge!"
The Senator assisted the city in receiving $2.8 million in grants from the state of Ohio, as well as $13 million in federal funds for the Hines Road Bridge Project. The project provides resources to construct a bridge over railroad tracks in the city. That will improve traffic flow for drivers and emergency responders. During the 2025-26 State Capital Budget process, Senator Roegner included $680,000 for the Hudson Inclusive Playground as a priority project.
