Koehler Honors State Pole Vault Champion

COLUMBUS— State Senator Kyle Koehler (R-Springfield) celebrated Alaina Freeze for her accomplishment as the OATCCC Division III Indoor Pole Vault State Champion.

“I'm proud to recognize Alaina in front of the Ohio Senate,” said Senator Koehler. "Her hard work and dedication have led to this incredible achievement. I look forward to watching Alaina have even more success at Wright State University and in the rest of her future endeavors."

A senior at Northwestern Jr/Sr High School, Alaina vaulted 12 feet at the Indoor State Meet on March 7 to win the championship. Alaina was accompanied at Senate Session by her mom Angela.
