Hicks-Hudson Statement on Committee Assignments

Today, state Senator Paula Hicks-Hudson (D-Toledo) issued the following statement regarding her appointments to the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources, Government Oversight, Judiciary, Energy and Public Utilities, Finance, and Rules and Reference Committees:

“It is an incredible honor to have the privilege of serving on this set of varied and consequential committees. I have the utmost confidence in my qualifications to sit on each one of them and believe the opportunity to explore such a wide range of topics will allow me to grow as both a legislator and community member. I very much look forward to getting started to address my priority issues of maternal health, urban agriculture, and responsible governance.”
