COLUMBUS—State Senator Stephanie Kunze (R-Hilliard) today released a statement following the Senate's historic vote to approve Ohio's biennial budget conference committee report:
"Today, the Ohio Senate passed a budget that prioritizes the working men and women of Ohio, as well as our state’s at risk children and new mothers. I worked hard to advocate for programs that support Ohio's children and families, and this budget is a true representation of our commitment to support Ohioans who need it most. I am grateful for the leadership of President Huffman, my Senate colleagues, and our friends in the House who have remained committed to the process of producing a responsible, balanced budget for the people of Ohio."
