Huffman Celebrates Tipp City Volleyball Champions

COLUMBUS—State Senator Steve Huffman (R-Tipp City) recognized the Tippecanoe High School Girls Volleyball Team before the Ohio Senate for winning the Division III State Championship.

"I am proud to recognize this incredible group of student-athletes," said Senator Huffman. "Their hard work and dedication has resulted in a remarkable achievement. I know that all of Tipp City is proud of what they have accomplished and I look forward to seeing them have even greater success in all of their future endeavors." 

The Tippecanoe Red Devils defeated the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs to achieve their first state title and a perfect season. The team was led in their championship season by Head Coach Howard Garcia.
