Huffman Honors Life Senator Kirk Schuring

COLUMBUS—Senator Steve Huffman (R-Tipp City) released the following statement on the life of Senator Kirk Schuring:

"Today, we lost a true statesman and a good man. But he left a remarkable legacy that will last for ages. Senator Schuring was exceptionally hard-working and dedicated, and as effective a legislator as our state has ever seen. He was a strong advocate for his constituents, one who championed a broad range of legislation that has improved the quality of life for all Ohioans. I will miss his wisdom, wit, and drive to get things done and to make Ohio a better place. I am comforted by the thought that he is in a better place. His family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers."
