Ohio is a constitutional carry state which means law abiding citizens don't need a permit to carry a firearm.

When Senator Terry Johnson's bill was passed and signed into law the political left had a cow saying there would be blood in the streets and that Ohio would become the wild west.

Quite the opposite happened. BUT, woke city councils, epecially big cities ignored the law and an Ohio Supreme Court ruling that said city ordinances cannot fall outside of state law. In other words, the City of Columbus for example can't pass a new city ordinance banning certain caliber weapons, or magazines, or how firearms are transported or stored that would be more strict than state law.

Yet, they try.

So, the Senate passed Senator Johnson's new bill this week that makes cities liable for prosecuting someone under a city ordinance that isn't in line with Ohio Revised Code. Cities could face exemplary damage claims from any individual that would face what really amounts to a political prosecution.

Senator Terry Johnson joins The President's Podcast to talk about his bill, the recent arrests of Chinese Nationals and their federal indictments that make the case they were using Mexican cartels to traffic fentanyl right here at home.

Plus, as a veteran he delivers a hard hitting interview about Operation Epic Fury and the strong message it sends to America's enemies and the "Death to America" crowd.

Data centers are a political target right now in Ohio. Senator Johnson explains why this is a national security issue and why China wants to keep them out of Ohio.

The President's Podcast is streamed on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeart, and Amazon Podcasts.
