Hicks-Hudson Urges Secretary of State to Share Draft Ballot Language for Redistricting Amendment

I recently sent a letter to Secretary of State Frank LaRose requesting that he share any drafted ballot language for the citizen-initiated redistricting constitutional amendment that is to be discussed at this week’s upcoming Ballot Board meeting. As the Senate Democratic Caucus’ member on the Ballot Board, I am fighting to ensure that the language on the November ballot will accurately reflect the amendment and ensure that our constituents’ interests are adequately represented.
