COLUMBUS—The Ohio Senate adopted Senate Resolution 121, which urges the federal government to continue investments in natural gas infrastructure. “Senate District 30 is home to incredible deposits of oil and natural gas,” said Chavez. “With nearly two decades of experience in this industry, I understand how important natural gas is in the Buckeye State for our economy, affordable energy for its citizens, and long-term security of the power grid."
This resolution recognizes that natural gas and its production are vital to Ohio’s economic future and encourages continued investment in natural gas infrastructure to make affordable energy available to every Ohioan.
