COLUMBUS— House Bill 29 now heads to the Governor's desk with the support of Senator Louis W. Blessing, III (R-Colerain Township). The bill updates laws governing driver's license suspensions for certain offenses unrelated to driving. Blessing and Senator Catherine Ingram (D-Cincinnati) sponsored similar legislation this General Assembly.

"This bipartisan bill will help more Ohioans head down the path to redemption by ensuring they can keep their license to go to work, pick up their children, and maintain access to critical resources," Blessing said. "I am hopeful we can get this bill across the finish line so people can succeed."
