COLUMBUS - State Senator Matt Huffman (R-Lima) will hold a press conference on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 12:15 p.m. to announce legislation to set up a system to offer tax credit to individuals who make donations to scholarship granting organizations (SGOs).
The bill will allow Ohio to take advantage of the proposed Education Freedom Scholarship Program announced earlier this year by the U.S. Department of Education.
