STATEMENT: Senate President Huffman on Death of Bluffton Officer Dominic Francis

COLUMBUS—Senate President Matt Huffman (R-Lima) today issued the following statement on the death of Bluffton Police Officer Dominic Francis who was tragically killed today during a high-speed pursuit on I-75: "I am saddened by the loss of this heroic young officer who died in the line of duty trying to stop the suspect of a stolen car from injuring others. My colleagues and I salute the service of Bluffton Officer Dominic Francis and our prayers go to his family and fellow officers.”
