Senator Manning Named to Senate Standing Committees

COLUMBUS— Ohio Senate President Larry Obhof (R-Medina) this week appointed State Senator Nathan Manning (R-North Ridgeville) to several key Senate committees for the 133rd General Assembly.
Manning will serve as Vice Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, responsible for reviewing legislation with regards to criminal, civil and commercial law.
Senator Manning is a practicing attorney in North Ridgeville, Ohio and previously served as a prosecutor for the city.
In addition to this committee leadership post, Manning will also serve as a member of the Senate's Education Committee; Transportation, Workforce and Commerce Committee; and Ways and Means.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to help lead several important policy initiatives as legislation is considered in these Senate committees, including criminal justice reforms and measures to continue to help keep our communities safe" said Manning.
