Antonio Blasts LaRose for Not Accepting Online Ballot Requests

Today, state Senator Nickie J. Antonio (D-Lakewood) released the following statement after Ohio’s Tenth District Court of Appeals overturned a previous decision requiring Secretary of State Frank LaRose to accept electronic absentee ballot requests: “While a disappointing verdict, I am pleased that this ruling proved what Ohio Democrats have been saying all along: Secretary LaRose had and continues to wield the power to accept online ballot applications, yet he continues to obstruct our democratic process and muzzle Ohio voters.”
