Ohio Senate Democrats Submit Public Comments on Gender-Affirming Care Rules

Today, the Ohio Senate Democratic Caucus submitted public comments to the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services on proposed administrative rules that will impact gender-affirming care in Ohio.

The public comments expand on points outlined in the letter the Senate Democratic Caucus sent to Governor DeWine earlier this week.
