Ohio Senate Democrats Submit Public Comments to ODH on Gender-Affirming Care Rules

Today, the Ohio Senate Democratic Caucus submitted public comments to the Ohio Department of Health on the proposed administrative rules that will impact gender-affirming care in Ohio.

The public comments expand on points outlined in the letter the Senate Democratic Caucus sent to Governor DeWine and public comments submitted last month to the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
