COLUMBUS - State Senator Steve Wilson (R-Maineville) announced that over $2.7 million is being awarded for an eastbound US Route 22 left-turn lane at Stubbs Mills Road in Warren County.
"I know this project will save lives and keep drivers and passengers safe for years to come," said Wilson. "It is crucial that we are investing in our roads and creating solutions to eliminate motor vehicle accidents."
These funds come from the Ohio Department of Transportation's Highway Safety Improvement Program. The purpose of this program is to provide improvements to areas that experience severe crashes or have the potential for severe crashes.
