Manchester Named Legislator of the Year by the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities

COLUMBUS—State Senator Susan Manchester (R-Waynesfield) has been named the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities (OACBHA) Legislator of the Year.
"It is an honor to be given this award for the hard work we have accomplished to help uplift individuals and families," Manchester said. "I am thankful for the recognition and look forward to continuing to help our communities thrive."
Manchester is receiving the award for her work in the Ohio House advocating for mental health and addiction services. Then-representative Manchester served as the Chair of the House Families and Aging Committee. She also has worked on legislation supporting children and families as they seek medical care.
Senator Manchester looks forward to continuing to advocate for mental health services while serving on the Senate Health and Finance committees.
