Cutrona Announces Funds to Improve District

COLUMBUS—State Senator Al Cutrona (R-Canfield) announced the state's Controlling Board approved funds for the 33rd Senate District. These dollars will be used to facilitate business growth and employment in Mahoning County and make sanitary updates at Beaver Creek State Park in Columbiana County. 

The following projects were approved:

$87,500 to purchase the building at 61 Railroad Street in Canfield 
$1,505,600 for updates at a handful of state parks including Beaver Creek State Park 

"I am excited to see how both of these projects will change each county and the entire Valley", said Cutrona. "It is crucial that we make smart investments with taxpayer dollars to make the region the best place for those who live there and those visiting."
