Senator Cutrona will soon be introducing legislation to ensure that information collected by Flock cameras is accessed and used appropriately. 

Senator Cutrona is grateful to Governor DeWine for declaring a state of emergency in Mahoning County following damaging storms and an EF-1 tornado that swept through the region over the July 4th weekend.

Senator Cutrona introduced Senate Bill 460, which exempts required fencing around oil and gas well pads from property tax evaluations.

Senator Cutrona voted for Ohio's Capital Budget, securing more than $8.5 million for community projects in the 33rd Senate District.

The Ohio Senate passed Senate Bill 365, sponsored by State Senator Cutrona, to designate a portion of State Route 11 in Mahoning County as the "Trooper Nicholas P. Cayton Memorial Highway."
