COLUMBUS— Today, State Senator Rob McColley (R-Napoleon) joined his colleagues to pass Substitute House Bill 110, the Senate's proposal for Ohio's FY 2022-2023 operating budget.

"During this budget season, I prioritized lowering taxes on our citizens and an increasing our investment in Ohio's education system," said McColley. "This budget makes Ohio a business friendly state and makes significant investments in Ohio's future."

Major provisions in the Senate's plan include a five percent income tax cut for working Ohioans, a financially sustainable school funding plan, investments in local governments, and increased funding for health and human services.
