“House Bill 26 is a major step in keeping Ohio as a leader in utilizing the latest in technology to enhance Ohio’s transportation infrastructure," said State Senator Stephanie Kunze (R-Hilliard), vice chair of the Senate Transportation, Commerce and Workforce Committee. "It strikes a fiscally responsible balance to ensure our state can remain in position for continued economic growth and provide a solid transportation infrastructure for Ohio’s citizens.”

"This is great news for the employers paying into Ohio's worker compensation system," said Senator Kunze. "The financial resources will allow business' to invest in advanced technology and gives them an opportunity to increase their workforce."
