Brenner Announces Applications for All Ohio Future Fund
COLUMBUS - State Senator Andrew Brenner (R-Delaware) today announced that the All Ohio Future Fund is now open and accepting applications from local communities to help develop site-ready locations across the state for future economic development projects.
The All Ohio Future Fund was created in the state operating budget, House Bill 33. This fund dedicates $750 million to local communities to help them prepare sites and attract new transformational businesses.
"These funds are critical to bringing more economic development to regions across Ohio," said Brenner. "When companies are choosing to do business in the Buckeye State, they are creating more jobs and more opportunities for Ohioans, their families, and generations to come."
Eligible costs for funding include infrastructure costs such as public roadwork, water/wastewater and related infrastructure, design and engineering, demolition, wetland mitigation, utility-gap funding, and other site enhancements.
Proposals can be submitted via email to AOFF@development.ohio.gov, and will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until funding is used up.
