Brenner Honors Division I Baseball State Champions

COLUMBUS—State Senator Andrew Brenner (R-Delaware) honored the Olentangy Braves on winning the OHSAA Division I Baseball State Championship.

"The grit and tenacity shown by this team is remarkable," said Senator Brenner. "The achievement made by this group is a reminder of the value of a hard work and working together. I'm proud to recognize these student-athletes before the Ohio Senate."

Olentangy defeated Springboro by a score of 2-1 to win the baseball program's first ever state championship. They were led in their championship winning season by head coach Ryan Lucas.
