Cirino (R-Kirtland) is pleased to announce the Ohio Controlling Board has approved a request of $1,500,000.00 for improvements at Nelson Kennedy Ledge State Park located in Garrettsville, Ohio in Portage County. The money will be used for the design and construction of a glass observation bridge and a wayfinding system for the trails at the ledges area of the park.

The county was originally award $500,000. It will now receive a total of $1,214,663 in cleanup funds.
