This stems from a horrible case in Scioto County where an infant was abused, neglected, died and was subsequently discarded in an abandoned well.

Johnson Applauds American Trailer World Investment in Batavia Township
COLUMBUS-State Senator Terry Johnson (R-McDermott) today applauded the decision by American Trailer World (ATW) to invest $18 million in a new trailer manufacturing facility in Batavia Township. The facility will create 249 new jobs, generating $9.8 million in new annual payroll and will be the largest and most technologically advanced of its kind. This is in addition to ATW retaining $5.8 million in existing payroll from their location in the Village of Mount Orab.
