Kunze, Dolan Bill Strengthening Penalties for Promoting Prostitution Heads to Governor
COLUMBUS-The Senate today concurred with House changes to Senate Bill 5. The bill, sponsored by State Senators Stephanie Kunze (R-Hilliard) and Matt Dolan (R-Chagrin Falls) strengthens criminal penalties for individuals who are convicted of promoting prostitution in Ohio. The bill now heads to the Governor for a signature.
